    At Farm Bureau, we appreciate your continued confidence and thank you for being a valued customer. As years evolve, so does technology. In order to provide you with the best customer experience, we are undergoing a complete upgrade to our internal systems.

    You can expect an enhanced customer experience through easier to read billing documents, improved payment options, faster transaction turnaround, and more information at your fingertips. The path to completion will take place over the next several years. You will see changes to your Membership and Personal Auto policy as well as your billing documents in this first year. Changes to other insurance products including Home, Business, and Farm will be announced over time as they take place.



    This transition will offer new options and information important to your Membership and Personal Auto policy.  For example, if you insure both your Home and Personal Auto with us, you will receive two different bills for a while.  Your Personal Auto billing statement will have a new look.  Your Home billing statement will be the one you are more familiar with for the time being.  In addition, if you take advantage of our Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) payment options, you will see separate withdrawals for other insurance products.

    If you have a Farm Bureau Insurance Personal Auto policy and are a Michigan Farm Bureau Member, you can expect these changes

    • New billing design
    • New account number
    • New Personal Auto policy number
    • New Michigan Farm Bureau Membership number
    • Updated payment options
    • More ways to save, including alumni discounts


    Action You May Need to Take

    • If you pay Personal Auto premium or Membership dues online through your financial institution’s online bill pay service, you will need to update your member and Personal Auto billing account numbers to avoid missed payments.
    • Instead of receiving paper bills, you may sign-up for electronic billing notices. By signing up for a web account at FarmBureauInsurance.com you can:
      • Pay bills online
      • Have 24/7 access to policy information
      • Sign-up for EFT (could result in additional savings on your Personal Auto policy)
    • Check out our available discounts
