Our Mission Statement and Core Values Mission Statement: To provide a broad portfolio of profitable, high quality insurance products and services for Farm Bureau members and other potential customers. To place special emphasis on the acquisition of Farm Bureau members with the provision of programs, coverages, services and benefits for Farm Bureau members, consistent with sound and competitive business practices. To provide the major stockholder, Michigan Farm Bureau, financial security consistent with sound and competitive business practices. To seek ventures to increase profits through utilization of existing corporate resources for the benefit of policyholders and shareholders. Core Values: The stated purpose of the Core Values is to protect and secure the future of families and family businesses with a focus on the healthy development of children. The core values include: Wow!, Family, Trust, Learning and Innovation. Wow! - is an attitude which we want any potential or current customer to have after any contact with Farm Bureau Insurance. A Wow! attitude should also be exhibited by everyone within the organization each time we come in contact with clients, prospects or each other as we work toward making Michigan families more secure. Family - With respect, support, honesty and trust for our clients and prospects, every Farm Bureau Insurance professional is dedicated to making them feel as though they are part of our organizational family by providing extraordinary service and products.
