Hello, I'm Ken Pangborn. As an Agency Manager, it is my pleasure to offer many individuals the opportunity to become a career agent with the Farm Bureau Insurance Companies of Michigan. The Farm Bureau Insurance Companies provide the opportunity to sell all lines of insurance, including life, home, auto, farm, business, retirement, and more. We are strong, financially-stable companies serving Michigan, with combined assets of $1.5 billion and some 400 agents located throughout the state. My decision to become an agent with the Farm Bureau Insurance Companies was personally, and professionally, the right thing to do. Teaching, coaching, and advertising sales management experience prior to joining the Farm Bureau Insurance team, set the stage. The challenge of building a book of business allowed me to utilize my personal strengths and abilities. The potential for unlimited income, freedom and flexibility of time, and the ability to travel the world, were all valid reasons that persuaded me to make the change. All have proven true, and now, as an Agency Manager, I am able to help others in building their enriched careers as full-time, multi-line agents. Assisting others is very gratifying. Serving others is most rewarding. Being recognized as a leader in quality service and production is incredibly inspiring.
