Agency Manager Greg Smith, CLU, CPCU, CSA, LIC
Hello, I'm Greg Smith. As an Agency Manager, it is my pleasure to offer many individuals the opportunity to become a career agent with the Farm Bureau Insurance Companies of Michigan. The Farm Bureau Insurance Companies provide the opportunity to sell all lines of insurance, including life, home, auto, farm, business, retirement, and more. We are strong, financially-stable companies serving Michigan, with combined assets of $1.5 billion and some 400 agents located throughout the state. Since becoming an Agency Manager in 1987, it has been my goal to develop extraordinary sales people. By working with them to develop courage, knowledge, and technique, we have made tremendous strides in helping our clients. We feel that we make a difference in our clients' lives when the difference matters. The counsel and advice that each agent provides for their clients is an asset that cannot be replaced by another professional. I admire and am proud of the 29 agents that represent the Smith Agency. Our philosophy is to get and keep the best people, make clear to them what their responsibilities are, and attempt to create a positive working environment in which they can succeed.
