Advanced Planning Specialist Position Title: Advanced Planning Specialist Location: Lansing Posting Number: 607 Date Posted: November 2, 2007 Essential Functions: Direct sales assistance to agents within the sales region by providing prospecting and fact-finding help, fact analysis recommendations, proposals, preparation, joint sales calls, and closing and installation of life insurance and annuity cases. Required Qualifications: Minimum two years of advanced sales in either direct sales or sales management. Knowledge in advanced sales, taxation, wills, trusts, business organization and management, accounting and personal financial planning. Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, insurance or finance preferred. Attainment of or progress toward NASD Series 6 and 63, ChFC, CLU, and CFP preferred. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. May require additional hours. |
