CRM System Administrator Business Analyst Technician Position Title: CRM System Administrator Location: Lansing Posting Number: 739 Date Posted: April 3, 2008 Essential Functions: Administer and support Pivotal CRM system including servers, network infrastructure and SQL Server databases. This includes all aspects of system and database upgrades, maintenance, loads, adjustments and reorganizations. Also responsible for system security and performance, capacity planning, data integrity and resolving system and database problems. Provide on-call support for system both during and after normal business hours. Provide technical advice, consultation, recommendations, and problem resolution for all corporate users of this system. Required Qualifications: Two to four years diverse data processing experience including Microsoft Windows in a multi-server LAN/WAN environment is required. Two to four years Microsoft SQL Server database administration experience. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field. Experience with Pivotal CRM is preferred. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (flexible). Work with the Information Systems Division and end users to analyze and resolve system or procedural problems. Apply appropriate testing methodologies to assure systems are functioning properly before they are used for production purposes. Prepare related reports and supporting documentation for tests performed. Share in the analysis, design, development, testing, and administration of the OnBase BPM system. Schedule work tasks, monitor assignments, and report on the progress of assigned projects. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and some college coursework. One to two years prior technical/insurance experience in a related capacity. Experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Ability to work efficiently under stressful conditions and meet pre-established deadlines. Demonstrated ability to operate a personal computer and a variety of software applications. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience. Willingness to pursue continuing job related education.
