Field Claims Supervisor Position Title: Field Claims Supervisor Location: Plymouth Posting Number: 815 Date Posted: February 5, 2010 Essential Functions: Assist the Branch Claims Manager and Assistant Branch Claims Manager in managing all functions of a Branch Claims Office that are necessary to provide prompt and efficient handling, control and disposition of claims in an assigned area. Establish and maintain quality control of claim processing functions. Measure and report incoming and outgoing workloads to determine distribution priorities to comply with service standards. Required Qualifications: Minimum five years experience in claims required, preferably in the field with a strong customer service background. Ability to accept responsibility, train personnel and maintain an interest in their development. Have an understanding and appreciation of cooperative business methods. Proven communication skills. Must possess a valid automobile operator's license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred Qualifications: College education preferred. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 40+ hours, some evening appointments may be necessary. |
