Let’s face it, making insurance choices for our family is not fun! That’s why at the Theile Agencies we make every attempt to make our office atmosphere light and enjoyable without compromising our professionalism. Understanding our clients’ needs is what we pride ourselves in and part of that understanding is demonstrated by our awareness that almost no one likes to deal with insurance and insurance companies. Having a relaxed atmosphere while maintaining our professionalism seems to be appealing to people. The continued growth of our agency is evidence of that. My husband, Richard, is also a Farm Bureau Insurance Agent and together we own and operate the Theile Agencies at 315 N. Ball Street in Owosso, and at 124 S. Main in Perry. My husband and I have combined insurance experience of over 28 years. The continued success of our offices is measured in how many satisfied clients we have and the long-lasting personal and business relationships we make with those clients. At the Theile Agency it is our intention to match ones individual needs to the coverage that best fits that need. We believe that no one should pay for coverage if it’s not necessary, and we feel that we provide the best value around with our top notch professional service.
