I have been a Farm Bureau Insurance agent in the Marlette area since 1971, and I have had first-hand knowledge that Farm Bureau Insurance is a great organization to represent. We offer some of the best insurance, annuity, and life products and have a claim service that is fast, fair and efficient. Debra Chappel, who is a licensed Customer Insurance Service Representative, has been with us since 1991. Melissa Kelly, who is a licensed Customer Insurance Service Representative, joined us in 1995. And Joyce O'Connell joined our staff as a customer service representative in 2005. All our associates work very hard at providing our clients the first class service they deserve. I am committed to continuing my professional education. Each year I participate in the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) educational program to keep up-to-date on life and property/casualty insurance issues and maintain my CIC designation. I have completed the Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) education program, and I am involved in the Chartered Life Underwriter education program.
